Wednesday, December 3rd, 2008Back in July in the A bug in DNS and Follow up to A bug in DNS entries I wrote about the serious flaw found in DNS, the system used to translate the text names we use to access servers, e.g. www.google.com, to the IP address used below the surface to connect to the actual machine.
Now Wired has published an entertaining story covering what happened behind the scenes to make the multivendor patch a reality.
