Finally after a month of mostly rain and 0 to 5 degrees Celsius it got a bit colder yesterday. All the way down to minus 8 degrees. Still no sight of snow though and they promise warmer temperatures for next week.

Last year we started the ice skating season on New Year’s Eve. Might have to wait a bit longer this year.

The Danish anti-piracy Antipiratgruppen didn’t want anything to do with. It’s not too far fetched to think that the police won’t do anything either.

It’s much easier if no one has to decide between the two laws. The Danish law that gives individuals the right to make non-commercial backups and the DRM law that makes it illegal to decrypt the content of a DVD, something that is needed to make a backup copy.

Filmbolagen krävde att Portlane omedelbart ska stänga av trackern. Men Stockholms tingsrätt säger nej till kravet på omedelbar släckning av trackern. För att medverka till upphovsrättsintrång krävs mer av en mellanhand “än tillhandahållande av en internetaccess, anser rätten.
