Turn off that dock unread count

“At David’s talk in Austin, he talked about increasing productivity. One thing he mentioned that kills flow: that little unread email count notification in your dock (shown at left).”

I would love to be able to do that, but unfortunately I get some support questions that require prompt action. One thing is sure though, the constant interruptions kill productivity!
