Monday
- Rest
Tuesday
- Climbing gym – hard session
Wednesday
- Alternative training (running/biking/weight lifting)
- The 10 minute program on the training board
Thursday
- Climbing gym – easy session
Friday
- The 10 minutes program on the training board
Saturday
- Climbing gym – medium session
Sunday
- Alternative training (running/biking/weight lifting)
- The 10 minute program on the training board
