I mentioned more structured training in my 2007 post and this weekly program is what I’ve come up with for the near future.

Monday

  • Rest

Tuesday

  • Climbing gym – hard session

Wednesday

  • Alternative training (running/biking/weight lifting)
  • The 10 minute program on the training board

Thursday

  • Climbing gym – easy session

Friday

Saturday

  • Climbing gym – medium session

Sunday

  • Alternative training (running/biking/weight lifting)
  • The 10 minute program on the training board
