I wrote earlier about our planned return to Sella in Spain for more climbing in the warm spring sun.
The departure day is finally getting closer and the weather broadcast is looking bright though almost a bit too good! I don’t mind the sun but the heat can be really exhausting if you’re not used to it. Hopefully the clouds will help a bit!
In addition to the tick list I wrote earlier, I’ve added Kashba 6c+ to the routes I’ll try to do during this visit. Kashba is supposed to be one of the best routes in Sella and I’ve promised my friends that I will serve cake in the evening if I managed to do it!
It shouldn’t be impossible. It’s just a half-grade higher than my current personal best and that route I did second-go. It is however limestone which I have less experience climbing on, so we’ll see how it goes.
