I hate paper mail. Even when I filter out the spam, the credit card offers, and the endless stream of catalogues from places where I once bought a pencil sharpener, it’s still bad. Because what’s left is usually somewhat important. Bills, receipts, or documents that should otherwise probably be filed properly some where. For me, that somewhere was always The Pile. A bottom-less pit of guilt that would build up over a few weeks until I would rip through it and find that I was two days over due on paying $14.59 to People’s Gas.
I love the idea! I currently do the same with my mail, put it in a pile and try to forget about it. Luckily most of my bills go straight into my internet bank and I log in there at the end of the month and pay them all in one go.
The paper mail I get home on the other hand is usually some kind of information that I have to act upon. Either throw away, archive, or possible fill in and send back. All things that I don’t want to think about when I get home tired from work, so it ends up in the pile, hopefully to be opened some day in the future…
Ronnie made it! So now he’s up against Dott in the semi.
It’s going to get interesting tomorrow, though Ronnie continued to play less than his normal brilliant self today. Where is the real Ronnie hiding?
